"If the NASCAR Genie Granted Me 3 Wishes"

I would be a happy camper. I have more than three wishes in the world of NASCAR, but here are my top three.

1.) Shorter Offseason!- If you think the season should be shorter, you obviously do not like NASCAR enough. My dream season would be January through the begining of December. I would give the drviers a month off for Christmas. I would be okay with more off weekends, just as long as I don't have to endure another 90 day offseason.

2.) Bring back the Southern 500, along with Rockingham- This could be considered as two wishes, but I think NASCAR genie would be okay letting this slip by as one. I have been watching races for almost 20 years now, and this is by far the worst racing deciscion that has ever happened. Get rid of California and put these race dates back on the schedule, please!

3.) One owner, 43 teams- Wouldn't this be awesome? No powerhouse teams or owners, just one owner, and all the drivers would have the same equipment. Cars these days are only equal amongst teams.

If these three wishes could be granted, I would be very satisfied. And I believe all three of these wishes are very well possible (even wish #3...alot would need to be done for it happen, but it could). On to my picks for this weekend.

Cup
Winner (besides Johnson)- Jeff Burton
Darkhorse- Kevin Conway...just kidding, I'll go with Logano.

Nationwide
Winner- Edwards
Darkhorse- Allgaier

Once last thing!
I hate it when fans call races boring. Hello! We are watching cars go around in circles! You either love it or hate it. I find it the most exciting thing in the world. I know some races are more exciting than others, but I will never, ever call a NASCAR race boring.
