First, my Richmond picks...

A-List - Excellent pick! Jeff Gordon started 2nd, led the most laps, finished 4th, most points amongst all drivers. 109 points from Gordon,

B-List - Uhhh.... At least Newman did ok. 74 points from Newman. 38 points from Logano.

C-List - Exactly why did I pick Bobby Labonte again? 24 points from Labonte, 24 points overall.

Without cussing up a storm over last week's picks, here is this week's picks.

A-List

Starter: Greg Biffle
Reserve: Jimmie Johnson

Carl Edwards, Biffle, and Johnson have done very well here in the last 10 races (they have the best average finish amongst all drivers in the past 10 races), but I will pick Biffle. If you are going to convince me otherwise, gimmie a good argument.

B-List

Starters: Martin Truex Jr., Jeff Burton
Reserves: Kevin Harvick, Ryan Newman

Both drivers, Truex and Burton, have won here before, so I will bank on those past successes and their reasonable past results (or at least for Truex, when he has finished running) and make them my starters. Harvick and Newman are my reserves.

C-List

Starter: Scott Speed
Reserve: Paul Menard

Dover hasn't really been kind to C-Listers, but I am picking Speed as at least he knows how to win here (winning a race in the trucks in 2008). Menard is my reserve.
