The mecca of Super Latemodel racing, the Snowball Derby has alot of entries this year. While its not hard to choose Kyle Busch as my favorite to win, I have decided to go with other drivers for my picks. First off Bobby Gill. Bobby is a tough driver and a former winner of the prestigious race. This year, he will be competing in the #51 Chevrolet owned by Bob Dillner. My other two will be the Sieg Brothers, Ryan and Shane. You might have seen them compete in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series this year, but aside from that, they are superb Super Latemodel drivers. Also, I want to give a shout out to a couple of friends of mine, Justin Wakefield and Heath Hindman, from the PASS South Series who will also be competing, good luck guys!!
Also there will be the Snowflake, the crate motor race. Drivers to look at would be Auggie Grille, Jeff Fultz, Kyle Busch, Chase Elliott etc.... John Wes Townley will be competing in the Snowflake. I beleive he will do well. Super Latemodel racing is something JWT is good at and I like to see he is still racing them.
