Next Up - Brad Keselowski

Brad Keselowski- He's a good ol fashion overnight success!

I'll be the first to admit, I was extremly skeptical of Penske racing"s decision to put Bk behind the wheel of the famous blue deuce before the start of the 2011 season. Apparently Roger knew something we all didn"t know, this combo had success written all over it. But let's not take anything away from Brad Keselowski, He's an amazing talent who kept the 2 car up front for most of the 2011 season. Not only did he outshine then Penske teammate Kurt Busch, he put himself quickly among the perennial contenders for the Sprint Cup Championship. Well done BK ! Brad heads into the 2012 season hoping for that same success to carry over this season. He will once again pilot one of the most coveted rides in NASCAR with the hopes of making 2 for 2 in the chase. I really like how well Paul Wolfe and Bk have gelled in such a short period of time. This duo has the potential to mirror the Johnson/knaus duo but give them a few years. I don't expect Brad to take a huge nose dive in the standings this year. I believe he will perhaps drop a few notches down to maybe 7th or 8th depending on how well he starts the season. He got off to a slow start in 2011 before going a summer long tear that ultimately lead to making the chase. No doubt one of the biggest surprises of the 2011 season. I'm anxious to see how well Brad will work with new teammate A.J. Allmendinger. I expect both drivers to have a great year.
