The Rev-Oil Pro Cup Series was known as the Rev-Oil Pro Cup Series from 2011-2012, the USA Racing Pro Cup Series from 2009-2011 and the Hooters Pro Cup Series from 1997-2008.

In August of 2012 the series adopted the new name.
